"Last February 2017, I was at an all time low in my health. I was morbidly obese and suffering from a variety of related ailments. I had developed high blood pressure, snoring and sleep apnea, joint pain, IBS and a variety of digestive issues. I knew this wasn't the quality of life I wanted for myself or my family. I couldn't believe how badly I had let my health spiral out of control. I knew I was capable of doing more and simply "being" more. I began searching for help, truthfully, HOPE. I started exercising and trying to educate myself about nutrition. I began my journey in February and was blessed to have come across Erin's Fitness program on Facebook. We finally connected in July and with her invaluable guidance, support, and incredible knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition, I have lost over 50 pounds and have gained so much more. I no longer suffer from high blood pressure, joint pain, sleep apnea, IBS etc. I have learned the value of healthy nutrition and exercise that suits this age and stage in my life. Her method of fitness, accountability and healthy nutrition is realistic, affordable, and most importantly SUSTAINABLE. There are no gimmicks or quick fixes. She teaches major life changes and that's what is key to long term success in achieving your weight loss and fitness goals.
